Return & Exchange

• We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photos or videos as proof. • Customers are requested to inspect their parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Once the delivery person has left, we will not be able to accept any complaints regarding the condition or contents of the order. • Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or special campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange. • Refunds are not available unless expressly approved by Jutti House under exceptional circumstances.
